Want a website that attracts enquiries and helps streamline operations? Explore our Montreal web design services.

01 · The Business Challenge

A mobile car detailing business needs to present comparable services, explain the differences between packages, account for vehicle types, and let customers book without lengthy back-and-forth. As the business grows, residential clients, fleets, and field operations require different customer journeys.

02 · The Digital Solution

  • Structured service offering: Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages with clear descriptions of what each includes.
  • Local search: A service and landing-page structure for locations across Greater Montreal.
  • Online ordering: A WooCommerce experience with date and time selection followed by online payment.
  • Business customers: Separate presentation of commercial and fleet services.
  • Conversion journey: Connections between service pages, packages, and the booking process.

03 · Beyond the Website: Operations

The platform does not stop at checkout: WooCommerce orders also feed a task system used by field workers. This creates a real link between the customer experience, orders, and work organization. These processes are still evolving; we do not claim that every operation is fully automated.

04 · What You Can Verify

The public website lets visitors examine the service offering, service pages, booking journeys, and local presence. The task workflows operate in the company’s associated operational environment and cannot be fully observed from the public website.

05 · Results and Attribution Limits

This project supports a real operating business with residential and commercial customers. Business results exist, but no sales figure, customer count, or SEO growth is presented here as solely caused by the website without documented attribution. Useful future measures include enquiries, completed bookings, acquisition sources, conversion rate, and customer value.

06 · What This Project Demonstrates

This work illustrates our approach to web design and WordPress development on Montreal’s North Shore. A commercial website can be built as part of the business’s operations: explaining the offer, directing demand, taking bookings, and supporting growth beyond a digital brochure.
